Our Organic Rooibos Tea is sourced from a third-generation family farm in the Cederberg Mountains of South Africa, where traditional methods and deep knowledge of the land guide each harvest. Hand harvested, sun-dried, and fermented in small batches, this rooibos develops a smooth, rich flavour with a naturally sweet character. It brews to a deep, dark colour, with gentle earthy notes often described as nutty or woody. Naturally caffeine-free, rooibos is a calming herbal tea that can be enjoyed at any time of day. It is known for its naturally occurring antioxidants and minerals, including iron, magnesium, calcium, manganese, and zinc, along with alpha hydroxy acids that are often associated with skin health.
