• Canadian Direct Shipping and Estimated Delivery Time:Products are shipped internationally from Canada to Hong Kong by air. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt taking approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery Times Are Estimates:The arrival date is not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, our store will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase and Local After-Sales Service:This product is purchased through a Canadian proxy/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong original manufacturer or agent after-sales service, and our store does not separately provide commercial after-sales services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering:Once the order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to a change of mind, selecting the wrong size/color/style, personal preferences, or poor fit. Please carefully check all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates:The brand or supplier may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada at the time of delivery shall prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle the matter according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance:Long-distance shipping may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; generally, this is not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected.

Statutory Rights:If the product is a wrong item, clearly does not match the description, has a major quality issue, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under the laws applicable in Hong Kong.
