⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping and Purchasing from Canada (Please Read Before Purchase)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Delivery Time:Products are arranged for international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt taking approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery Times Are Estimates:The arrival date is not guaranteed. Delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, our store will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Purchasing and Local Maintenance:This product is purchased from or shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not separately provide commercial maintenance services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering:Once the order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to a change of mind, selecting the wrong size/color/style, personal preferences, or poor fit. Please carefully check all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates:The brand or supplier may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada at the time of delivery shall prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance:Long-distance shipping may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit:Reasonable differences may arise due to different body shapes, footwear, wearing styles, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product clearly does not match the selected specifications or description, personal fit issues or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products:Underwear, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not accepted for returns or exchanges due to non-quality issues once the packaging is opened, tried on, used, or the original seal is damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt:Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there is a wrong item, shortage, major damage, or quality issue, we recommend contacting our store within 48 hours with the order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so that we may investigate with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions:Please follow the original manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance instructions. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, intentional damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights:If the product is a wrong item, clearly does not match the description, has a major quality issue, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up according to the individual circumstances. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under the laws applicable in Hong Kong.
