⚠️ Canadian Direct Shipping and Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canadian Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally estimated within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; the actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an estimate: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, we will contact you and follow up based on the situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and we do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes after Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle them according to the situation.
• Transport Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizes, Colors, and Fit: Differences in body shape, footwear, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements may cause reasonable variations. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not eligible for return or exchange (non-quality related) once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original packaging is damaged.
• Inspection upon Receipt: Please verify the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt; if there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
