⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping & Sourcing from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada & Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up if there are significant delays or if an item becomes unavailable.
• Sourcing & Local Warranty: This product is sourced/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not come with local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranties. We do not provide repair, parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please verify all options and information carefully before ordering.
• Product Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Outer Packaging: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches to the outer box. This is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected.
• Sizing, Color & Fit: Variations may occur due to body shape, style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, minor personal fit issues or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal items, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checking with suppliers or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage affecting its function or quality, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
