⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping and Proxy Purchasing from Canada (Please read before purchase)

• Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or supply issues, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Proxy Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a proxy-purchased/directly-shipped item from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include a local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to our Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit. Please carefully check all options and details before placing your order.
• Availability and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labeling, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; please refer to the current Canadian version actually received. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the matter according to the situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to body type, footwear style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted.
• Inspection upon Receipt: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has been damaged in transit affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
