⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping from Canada and Purchasing Agent Services (Please Read Before Purchase)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up accordingly.
• Purchasing Agent Services and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian purchasing agent/direct shipping product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, selection of wrong size/color/style, personal preference, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. In the event of major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle the situation based on actual circumstances.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products have been unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is an incorrect item, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up based on individual circumstances. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
