⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping from Canada & Procurement Services (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada & Estimated Delivery: Items are arranged via international air freight from Canada directly to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timelines: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, our shop will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This product is procured/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and our shop does not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. In the event of significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications, our shop will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, & Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to variations in body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the item is significantly different from the selected specification or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color discrepancies are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our shop within 48 hours along with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checks with suppliers or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, size charts, and instructions for use, cleaning, and maintenance. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained shipping damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our shop will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
