⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Time: Products are air-shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up if significant delays or unavailability occur.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct-shipped item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include a local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty, nor do we provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully check all options and information before ordering.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. In the event of significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations in body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable differences. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color discrepancies are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not eligible for return or exchange (other than for quality issues) once they have been unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours, including order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's instructions for size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product received is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
