⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Purchasing Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air express. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual delivery takes about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up accordingly.
• Purchasing & Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian purchase/direct shipment. Unless stated otherwise in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty; we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, wrong size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle them based on the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in physique, footwear, wearing methods, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable variations. Unless the item clearly differs from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not returnable or exchangeable once unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged, unless there is a quality issue.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there are wrong items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checking with suppliers or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the item is incorrect, significantly differs from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
