• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual delivery takes approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In cases of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Personal Shopping and Local Warranty: This item is a personal shopping/direct shipment product from Canada. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty, and we do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. In the event of major changes to the core model, quantity, or primary specifications, we will handle the situation based on actual circumstances.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to variations in body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color variations are generally not considered quality issues.
