⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Purchasing Terms (Please read before purchase)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; the actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
• Timeframe is an estimate: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other situations beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up accordingly.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian proxy/direct-shipped product. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong original or agency warranty, and we do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes after Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada at the time of purchase shall prevail. We will handle situations involving significant changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to body type, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange (except for quality issues) once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the original labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is the wrong item, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
