• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Delivery Time:Products are shipped internationally by air from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt taking approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery Times Are Estimates:The arrival date is not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply the product, our store will contact you and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Personal Shopping and Local After-Sales Service:This product is purchased through personal shopping or shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's after-sales service in Hong Kong, and our store does not separately provide commercial after-sales services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Placing an Order:Once an order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to a change of mind, selecting the wrong size/colour/style, personal preferences, or poor fit. • Supply and Packaging Updates:Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colour schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada at the time of delivery shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle the matter according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance:Long-distance shipping may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
