• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Delivery Time: The product is arranged for international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong, generally estimated to be delivered within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with the actual receipt time being approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery times are estimates: The arrival date is not guaranteed; supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause delays. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, our store will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase and Local Maintenance: This product is a Canadian proxy purchase / direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent maintenance in Hong Kong, and our store does not separately provide commercial maintenance services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once the order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to a change of mind, selecting the wrong size / color / style, personal preferences, or poor fit; please carefully check all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: The brand or supplier may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received at that time shall prevail. • Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance instructions. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, intentional damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is a wrong item, clearly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up according to the individual situation. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under the applicable laws of Hong Kong.
