"Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Delivery times are estimates:The arrival date is not guaranteed; supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause delays. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, our store will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase and Local Maintenance:This product is a Canadian proxy purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong original manufacturer or agent maintenance, and our store does not separately provide commercial maintenance services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Placing an Order:Once the order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to a change of mind, choosing the wrong size/color/style, personal preferences, or poor fit; please carefully check all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates:The brand or supplier may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Statutory Rights:If the product is a wrong item, clearly does not match the description, has major quality issues, or if transportation damage has affected the product itself, function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up according to the individual situation.
