⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Purchasing Terms (Please Read Before Purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Purchasing Service and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian purchase/direct shipping item. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong original factory or agent warranty, and we do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, selecting the wrong size/color/style, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, tags, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the current Canadian version received shall prevail. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may arise due to body shape, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, nutritional supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt; in case of incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours, providing order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the original factory labels, size guides, and instructions for use, cleaning, and maintenance. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is the wrong item, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
