Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt taking approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery Times Are Estimates:The arrival date is not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, our store will contact you and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Personal Shopping and Local After-Sales Service:This product is purchased through personal shopping or shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide additional commercial after-sales services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
