⚠️ Canadian Direct Purchase and Proxy Purchase Terms (Please Read Before Purchase)

• Canadian Direct Shipping and Estimated Delivery Time: The product is shipped internationally from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt taking approximately two weeks. “Business days” do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery times are estimates: The arrival date is not guaranteed; processing by the supplier, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause delays. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply the product, our store will contact you and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase and Local Maintenance: This product is purchased through a Canadian proxy or shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer’s warranty or agency warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not separately provide commercial maintenance services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once the order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to a change of mind, selecting the wrong size/color/style, personal preferences, or poor fit. Please carefully check all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: The brand or supplier may update the packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the version received from Canada at the time of delivery shall prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle the matter according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to different body types, footwear, wearing styles, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product clearly does not match the selected specifications or description, personal fit issues or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Underwear, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not accepted for returns or exchanges due to non-quality issues once opened, tried on, used, or their original seal is damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there is a wrong item, shortage, major damage, or quality issue, we recommend contacting our store within 48 hours with the order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so that we may investigate with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Important Notes: Please follow the original manufacturer’s labels, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance instructions. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, intentional damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is the wrong item, clearly does not match the description, has a major quality issue, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seal, our store will follow up according to the individual circumstances. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under the applicable laws of Hong Kong.
