• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Delivery: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, typically arriving within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. The actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. If there are significant delays or supply issues, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada purchase/direct shipping item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no Hong Kong local manufacturer or agency warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the version currently received from Canada shall prevail. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the matter based on the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may result in minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to body shape, footwear, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurement. • Receiving Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product's function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
