⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Purchasing Terms (Please read before ordering)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, typically arriving within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimates: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up if there is a significant delay or if an item becomes unavailable.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian proxy/direct purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include a local Hong Kong original or agency warranty, and we do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version currently available in Canada upon receipt shall prevail. In the event of significant changes to the core model, quantity, or major specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to body type, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. • Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-inflicted damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is shipped incorrectly, differs significantly from the description, has major quality issues, or was damaged during transit in a way that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
