⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping and Purchasing from Canada (Please read before purchase)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Timeline: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally estimated within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeline is an Estimate: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of a significant delay or inability to supply, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This item is purchased/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty. We do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations in body type, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable differences. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, or other personal hygiene products have been unsealed, tried on, used, or their original packaging seals damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons will generally not be accepted.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with your order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, size charts, and usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human error, or unauthorized modifications do not constitute product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product received is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product's function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
