"Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery times are estimates:The arrival date is not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, our store will contact and follow up with you based on the actual situation.
• Personal Shopper and Local After-Sales Service:This product is purchased through a Canadian personal shopper or shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not separately provide commercial after-sales services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
