⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Proxy Purchase Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeframe: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong by international air freight, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. The actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is Estimated: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, our store will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian proxy purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting items are generally not accepted; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received will prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may result in minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, function, quality, and seal are unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color & Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Undergarments, protective gear, insoles, health foods, and other personal hygiene products generally do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality issues once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; if there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizes, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
