• Canadian Direct Shipping and Estimated Delivery Time: The product is arranged for international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt taking approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery times are estimates: The arrival date is not guaranteed; supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause delays. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, our store will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian proxy purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not separately provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once the order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to a change of mind, selecting the wrong size/color/style, personal preferences, or poor fit. Please carefully check all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: The brand or supplier may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the current Canadian version received shall prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.

• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there is a wrong product, shortage, major damage, or quality issue, we recommend contacting our store within 48 hours with the order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so that we may check with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance instructions. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, intentional damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is a wrong item, clearly does not match the description, has a major quality issue, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up according to the individual situation.
