"Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery times are estimates:The arrival date is not guaranteed; supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause delays. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, our store will contact and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase and Local After-Sales Service:This product is a Canadian proxy purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not separately provide commercial after-sales services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering:Once the order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to a change of mind, selecting the wrong size/color/style, personal preferences, or poor fit; please carefully check all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates:The brand or supplier may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada at the time of delivery shall prevail. • Shipping Appearance:Long-distance transportation may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.

Statutory Rights:If the product is incorrect, clearly does not match the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under the laws applicable in Hong Kong.
