• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Delivery Time:Items are arranged for international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt taking approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery times are estimates:The arrival date is not guaranteed; supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause delays. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, our store will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Purchasing and Local After-Sales Service:This product is purchased from or shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's after-sales service in Hong Kong, and our store does not separately provide commercial after-sales services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Placing an Order:Once the order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to a change of mind, selecting the wrong size/color/style, personal preferences, or poor fit; please carefully check all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates:Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada at the time of delivery shall prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle the matter according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance:Long-distance transportation may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its functions, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit:Reasonable differences may arise due to different body shapes, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product clearly does not match the selected specifications or description, personal fit issues or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products:Underwear, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not accepted for returns or exchanges due to non-quality issues once the packaging is opened, tried on, used, or the original seal is damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt:Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; if there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting our store within 48 hours with the order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so that we may check with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions:Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance instructions. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, intentional damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights:If the product is incorrect, clearly does not match the description, has major quality issues, or if transportation damage has affected the product itself, its functions, quality, or seal, our store will follow up according to the individual situation. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under the laws applicable in Hong Kong.
