"Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery times are estimates:The arrival date is not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, our store will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase and Local After-Sales Service:This product is a Canadian proxy purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong original manufacturer or agent warranty, and our store does not separately provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
