⚠️ Terms for Canada Direct Shipping & Personal Shopper Service (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeline: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeline is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Personal Shopper & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian personal shopper/direct shipping item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranties, nor does our shop provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please check all options and details carefully before placing your order.
• Updates to Supply & Packaging: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada at the time shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to different body shapes, shoe types, wearing styles, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly differs from the chosen specifications or description, such personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Items such as intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange (except for quality issues) once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as you receive it. In the event of incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable laws in Hong Kong.
