⚠️ Canada Direct Shipment & Proxy Purchase Terms (Please Read Before Purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipment & Estimated Timeline: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation. The actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeline: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase & Local Warranty: This product is a proxy purchase/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and we do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or unsuitable fit; please carefully check all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received will prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color & Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product clearly does not match the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Underwear, protective gear, insoles, health foods, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges for non-quality issues once unpacked, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible upon receipt; if there is an incorrect item, shortage, significant damage, or quality issue, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly does not match the description, has a major quality issue, or if transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
