⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Purchasing Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual arrival takes approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other factors beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or supply issues, we will contact you to follow up.
• Purchasing Agent Service and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian purchase/direct shipping service. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide separate commercial maintenance, parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the version currently available in Canada upon arrival shall prevail. In the event of major changes to the core model, quantity, or primary specifications, we will handle the situation on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to individual body shape, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the item clearly differs from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange (unless due to quality issues) once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checking with suppliers or logistics.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the goods provided are incorrect, clearly deviate from the description, have significant quality issues, or arrive with shipping damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
