Our Wildcrafted BC Bull Kelp Flakes are sustainably harvested from the clean coastal waters of British Columbia by local family-run operations. Carefully hand-harvested with respect for the marine ecosystem, this sea vegetable reflects both quality and care at every step. Naturally rich in ocean-derived minerals, these bull kelp flakes offer a savoury, umami depth with a clean, briny flavour. As a whole sea vegetable, kelp is valued for its naturally occurring iodine and trace minerals, making it a simple way to add nourishment to everyday meals. Well-suited for salads, rice, soups, smoothies, and vegetable-forward dishes, this wildcrafted bull kelp is easy to use as a finishing ingredient, bringing both flavour and a subtle nutritional boost. Each batch is hand-packed on Vancouver Island, BC, with care, honouring the ocean it comes from and the traditions behind it.

The actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
- Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
- Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong factory or agent warranty, and we do not provide separate commercial maintenance, parts replacement, or technical support services.
- Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information carefully before placing an order.
- Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labeling, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle them according to the actual situation.
- Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches to the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
- Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specification or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
- Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally non-returnable once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken, provided they are not defective.
- Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there is a wrong item, shortage, significant damage, or quality issue, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.

Statutory Rights: If the product is the wrong item, significantly different from the description, has a major quality issue, or if transport damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
