⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Proxy Purchase Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong. Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, our shop will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada proxy purchase/direct shipping item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and our shop does not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect selection of size/color/style, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. In the event of significant changes to the core model, quantity, or major specifications, our shop will handle it according to the actual situation.
• External Packaging During Transit: Long-distance shipping may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fitting: Differences in physique, footwear, wearing methods, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable variations. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as you receive the shipment. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our shop within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: In cases where items are incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, have major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our shop will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
