Sweet, aromatic, and gently citrusy, our seeds offer a concentrated flavour that enhances both sweet and savoury dishes. Hand harvested, non-irradiated, and non-GMO, it’s carefully handled to preserve its natural oils and rich aroma. Used whole or lightly crushed, the seeds release their beautiful flavour, making them well suited for teas, baking, and cooking.
