⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping & Procurement from Canada (Please Read Before Ordering)

• Direct Shipping from Canada & Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, typically arriving within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; the actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframes are Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or supply issues, we will contact you to follow up accordingly.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian procurement/direct-ship product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or fit issues are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details carefully before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received prevails. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the situation on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable variations. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, related personal fit issues or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Items such as intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Upon Receipt: Please inspect the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after delivery. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours along with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checking with suppliers or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product's function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
