⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. They are generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual delivery time of about two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct shipping item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include a local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and we do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received will prevail. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color & Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, or other personal hygiene products are unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted.
• Receiving Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt; for incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours, including order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for our verification with suppliers or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, size charts, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect usage, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
