⚠️ Canada Direct and Personal Shopping Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct and Estimated Timeline: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual arrival taking approximately two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeline is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Personal Shopping and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada personal shopping/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not come with local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranties, and we do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, selection of the wrong size/color/style, personal preference, or improper fit; please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the situation based on the actual circumstances.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor pressure marks, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations in body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may result in reasonable differences. Unless the product clearly deviates from the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal garments, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please inspect the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt; for wrong items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours, providing order details, full packaging, and clear photos/videos so that we may verify with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is the wrong item, deviates significantly from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained shipping damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
