⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Proxy Purchase Terms (Please Note Before Purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Delivery Time:Products are arranged for international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with the actual receipt time being approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery times are estimates:The arrival date is not guaranteed; supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause delays. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, our store will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase and Local Maintenance:This product is a Canadian proxy purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong original manufacturer or agent maintenance, and our store does not separately provide commercial maintenance services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering:Once the order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to a change of mind, selecting the wrong size/color/style, personal preferences, or poor fit; please carefully check all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates:The brand or supplier may update the packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance:Long-distance transportation may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, function, quality, and seal are unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit:Different body shapes, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements may cause reasonable differences. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products:Underwear, protective gear, insoles, health foods, and other personal hygiene products are generally not accepted for returns or exchanges due to non-quality issues once unsealed, tried on, used, or the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection:Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; if there is a wrong product, shortage, major damage, or quality issue, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with the order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so that we can check with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions:Please follow the original manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance instructions. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, intentional damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights:If the product is a wrong product, clearly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if transportation damage has affected the product itself, function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up according to the individual situation. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under the applicable laws of Hong Kong.
