⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping from Canada and Purchasing Service (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. They are generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual delivery time of about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an estimate: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you based on the situation.
• Purchasing Service and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian purchasing/direct shipping service. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes after Ordering: Once the order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Transportation Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the item significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, such personal fit issues or slight color differences are generally not quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted.
• Delivery Inspection: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, size charts, and instructions for use, cleaning, and maintenance. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the goods are incorrect, significantly deviate from the description, have major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
