⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Purchasing Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong, with an estimated delivery time of 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual arrival time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Delivery: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up if there are significant delays or if an item becomes unavailable.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian proxy purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty. We do not provide separate commercial maintenance services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit. Please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received shall prevail. We will handle cases involving significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Transport Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Variations in body type, shoe models, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements may cause reasonable differences. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality defects.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products have been unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the items, quantities, styles, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with your order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, size charts, and usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: In cases where items are incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, have major quality defects, or have sustained shipping damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
