• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Purchasing Service and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian purchase/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local manufacturer or agency warranty is provided in Hong Kong. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.

• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches to the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected.

• Use and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer labels and guidelines for size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
