⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping from Canada & Procurement (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada & Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. They are typically expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual delivery time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of a significant delay or inability to supply, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian procurement/direct-ship product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided. We do not provide commercial repair services, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received will prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, & Fit: Variations in body shape, footwear, wearing style, screen displays, and manual measurements may cause reasonable discrepancies. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Undergarments, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products generally cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged.
• Delivery Inspection: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as you receive the delivery. In case of incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is shipped incorrectly, differs significantly from its description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
