⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Purchasing Terms (Please read before ordering)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong, with an estimated delivery of 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual receipt usually takes about two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will contact you regarding significant delays or supply issues.
• Purchasing Service & Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian purchase/direct shipping service. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial repair, parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style, personal preference, or poor fit; please verify all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. We will handle situations involving major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Transport Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on outer packaging; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain intact.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, footwear style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable variations. Personal fit or slight color discrepancies are generally not considered quality issues unless the item significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description.
• Hygiene Products: Once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken, items such as intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue.
• Receipt Inspection: Please verify the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate investigations with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. These terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
