⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Purchasing Terms (Please read before buying)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped via international air freight directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Purchasing Service and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong official or agent warranty is provided. We do not provide maintenance, spare parts replacement, technical support, or other commercial warranty services.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, wrong size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please check all options and details carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on outer boxes; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to body type, style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the item is significantly different from the selected specifications or description, personal fit issues or slight color discrepancies are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally non-returnable or exchangeable (unless for quality issues) once unpacked, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there is a wrong item, shortage, significant damage, or quality issue, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checking with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original labels, size charts, and instructions for use, cleaning, and maintenance. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is the wrong item, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
