⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Purchasing Terms (Please read before purchase)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. They are generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual delivery takes approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In cases of significant delay or unavailability, our shop will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Purchasing Agency and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian proxy purchase/direct shipping item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty, and our shop does not provide repair, parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style, personal preference, or poor fit; please verify all options and details carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the version currently provided by Canada shall prevail. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, our shop will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to body type, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product clearly deviates from the selected specifications or description, issues with personal fit or slight color variations are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: For intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for non-quality issues once they have been opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, original packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the original factory labels, size guides, and instructions for use, cleaning, and maintenance. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is the wrong item, significantly differs from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our shop will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
