⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Purchase Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Delivery Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Delivery Time: The arrival date is an estimate only and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase and Local Warranty: This product is a proxy purchase/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local original factory or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting items; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received will prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Undergarments, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges for non-quality issues once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt; in case of wrong items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original factory label, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if transit damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
