⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping from Canada and Procurement (Please Read Before Purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of about two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
• Timeframes are Estimates: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is procured from/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranties. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to our Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please verify all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada will prevail. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or primary specifications, we will handle them on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to body shape, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the item is significantly different from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally non-returnable if they have been opened, tried on, used, or if the original seals have been damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checking with suppliers or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer labels, size guides, and instructions for use, cleaning, and maintenance. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
