⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping and Purchasing from Canada (Please Read Before Ordering)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual arrival takes about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact and follow up on significant delays or unavailability.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This item is purchased/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include a local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, requests for cancellation, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selections, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Updates to Supply and Packaging: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received will prevail. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the matter according to the situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to different body types, shoe models, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality defects.
• Hygiene Products: Personal items such as clothing, protective gear, insoles, supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: Should the product be incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, suffer from major quality defects, or sustain shipping damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
