⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping and Purchasing from Canada (Please Read Before Buying)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Delivery Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong by international air courier. Delivery is generally estimated to take 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual delivery taking approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery Times Are Estimates: The delivery date is not guaranteed. Delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, our store will contact you and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Purchasing and Local Maintenance: This product is purchased from or shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's warranty or agency warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide separate commercial maintenance services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Placing an Order: Once an order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit. Please carefully check all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: The brand or supplier may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada at the time of delivery shall prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle the matter according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its functions, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to different body types, footwear, wearing styles, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product clearly does not match the selected specifications or description, personal fit issues or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Underwear, protective gear, insoles, health foods, and other personal hygiene products are generally not accepted for returns or exchanges due to non-quality issues once opened, tried on, used, or their original seal is damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there is a wrong item, shortage, major damage, or quality issue, we recommend contacting our store within 48 hours with the order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so that we may investigate with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label and instructions for size, use, cleaning, and maintenance. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, intentional damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is the wrong item, clearly does not match the description, has a major quality issue, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its functions, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws applicable in Hong Kong.
