• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are arranged for international air freight direct from Canada to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation. The actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Purchasing Agent Service and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian purchase/direct shipping item. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect choice of size/color/style, personal preference, or poor fit; please double-check all options and information carefully before placing your order.
