• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeline: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; the actual arrival time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeline: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada purchase/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please carefully check all options and details before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the current Canadian version received will prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or major specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches to the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to different body types, styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product clearly deviates from the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange if they have been unsealed, tried on, used, or if their original seals are damaged, unless there is a quality issue.
• Receiving Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as you receive it. For wrong items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the official label, sizing, usage, cleaning, and care instructions. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
